6. Agreement Duration: The promotion is valid for properties listed with The Home Trail Team for the duration of the listing agreement, and the property can sell at any time during that period for the 1% commission rate. The seller must agree to a minimum 60-day listing agreement period.
7. Commission Payable: The commission is payable upon the successful closing of the property sale. If the property does not sell during the listing period, no commission fee will be due.
